Sahith Theegala is hoping a big week in Bermuda can resurrect his young PGA Tour career.
Theegala, who captured his first Tour win in 2023, seemed to have one of the brightest futures among the rising stars in pro golf. While he didn’t win again in 2024, he earned two runner-up finishes and ended up third in the FedEx Cup standings.
But the 2025 season saw Theegala struggle to perform on the course, resulting in a plummet down the FedEx standings and the Official World Golf Ranking.
He is among the many pros in the Butterfield Bermuda Championship field who are fighting for their futures this week.
Theegala will tee off for first round on Thursday at 6:33 a.m. ET alongside Michael Brennan and Rafael Campos.
