David and Victoria’s eldest son looks set to snub his younger brother’s 21st birthday celebrations
Brooklyn Beckham rocked up at a food event ahead of his brother Cruz’s 21st birthday on Friday. David and Victoria’s eldest son looks set to snub his sibling’s celebrations, co-hosting a Burger Bash event at the 2026 South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami Beach, Florida, instead of flying home to be with his family.
Brooklyn – who was there to promote his Cloud 23 hot sauce range – is yet to mention his brother’s special day on social media. Brooklyn went nuclear on parents, David and Victoria, in a blistering attack in January as he vowed to never speak to them again.

On Sunday, Brooklyn and his wife Nicola stepped out for a lavish date night. While he may have removed his tattoo tribute for his dad, Brooklyn is still rocking the £220,000 watch he gifted him for his own 21st birthday.
As he was papped hand in hand with the heiress, he flashed the rose-gold Patek Philippe Nautilus reportedly worth $300,000, which was given to him by the former footballer. The Peltz-Beckhams looked loved up as usual after their romantic dinner, with Brooklyn proudly sporting what he has called his “favourite watch,” which he continues to wear every day despite claiming he has no plans to ever reconcile with his parents. Brooklyn chose to cover up his wrists at the food festival on Thursday, wearing a beige cardigan.
Meanwhile, David Beckham made his feelings abundantly clear when he posted a sweet tribute to son Cruz on his 21st birthday on Friday morning. As his famous dad led tributes to the budding singer-songwriter on social media, his comments could have been seen as a thinly-veiled dig at his estranged eldest son Brooklyn as he lauded Cruz for being so ‘kind, considerate and fiercely loyal’.
The former Manchester United icon was one of the first family members to post a personal message to Cruz as he celebrated his milestone birthday. Sharing an adorable video of Cruz as a little boy, David’s gushing post read, “Happy 21st birthday to my little boy.”
He then added tellingly, “Not so little anymore but the proudest thing that I am of you is the person and man that you have become, you are kind, considerate and fiercely loyal to your family , friends and everyone around you which makes you a very special person.
“You are on your own journey in life and you are working hard and having fun which is what life is all about… We love you Cruzie and hope you have the most amazing day because you deserve to.”
David ended his tribute with a nod to his designer wife, penning: ‘Well done mum on bringing up another special young man.’
Days earlier, as tensions with Brooklyn continue to simmer, David and Victoria had put on a huge birthday bash for Cruz with a Beatles theme at Mayfair restaurant The Maine, dubbed ‘The Grand Beatle Ball’. It was attended by the entire Beckham family except, notably, Brooklyn and his wife, actress Nicola Peltz, who live in the States.
Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel and Romeo’s partner, DJ Kim Turnbull, also posed for family photographs at the restaurant, hired exclusively for the occasion. Victoria shared a glimpse of the bash on Instagram, writing: “Celebrating Cruz early!! We love you so much!!!”, while David also posted, “We love celebrating you Cruzie. A lot of love in the room for you last night.”
As well as his dad’s birthday wishes on Friday, Cruz’s brother Romeo shared a throwback snap of himself and a baby Cruz alongside their famous mum, with the simple caption, “Love you bro.”
