Nalgonda: A 47-year-old man died after falling from a moving TGSRTC bus at Nemmikal in Athmakur (S) mandal of Suryapet district on Sunday, police said. The deceased was identified as Bikki Paramesh, a native of Patharlapahad in Athmakur (S) mandal.
Paramesh was travelling on a Suryapet depot bus and was standing near the door, which was open, police said. He fell from the bus when it hit a speed breaker at Nemmikal and sustained a severe head injury.
Athmakur (S) police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of the Government General Hospital, Suryapet, for autopsy.
Police registered a case and launched an investigation.
