Exclusive: Cole Palmer is one of the huge stars in Madonna’s jaw-dropping new release Confessions II: The Film after the Queen of Pop recruited him personally

Madonna proved she’s a True Blue by calling up Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro to join the roster of stars appearing in her new 14 minute music video.

The Chelsea stars join the likes of Kate Moss, Sabrina Carpenter and Benedict Cumberbatch in short film Confessions II The Film, which includes six songs from her upcoming dance album.

In one scene, Madonna struts through a nightclub toilet where teammates Cole and Jaoa are seen standing at the urinals. Things then take a steamy turn as Madge squeezes Jaoa’s bum before getting intimate with her male dancers in one of the cubicles.

Actress Gwendoline Christie looks on open-mouthed at the antics while Richard E Grant giggles as the star-studded cameos continue. Supermodel Kate Moss then appears staring at herself in the mirror before Madonna heads back to the dancefloor where Sabrina Carpenter is busting a move.

Insiders at the shoot say Madonna personally recruited the Chelsea stars during one of her trips to Stamford Bridge.

“It’s no secret that Madonna is a huge Chelsea fan. She asked Cole and Joao after a game in March.

“She has a box at the stadium and after a match the lads were introduced. Madonna asked if they could be free to take part. She was very determined and swung them in to her film at the last minute.

“Cole likes rap music mostly so it’s slight detour for him genre wise but he thinks it’s very cool! His friends were teasing him about her being a cougar when she reached out!

“Everyone’s really pleased with the final result. Cole and Joao’s scenes were filmed in one day in between their football duties.

“Cole might not be in the England squad this year but he’s still in huge demand,” they added.

Madonna’s affiliation of Chelsea dates back to her past marriage with film director Guy Ritchie, a lifelong supporter. While Madonna’s US PR mogul Barbara Charone, who played a key role in launching her career in the 1980s, has been a member of the board of director’s since 2022.

Controversially, her twin daughters Stella and Estere Ciccone have links to Chelsea rivals Tottenham Hotspur, playing for their Women’s Academy Under 14s team.

Madonna has previously described herself as a ‘soccer mom’ and shared photos of her daughters winning a match earlier this year which she attended alongside her 29-year-old boyfriend Akeem .
