Jane Seymour is no prude.
The “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman” alum has revealed that she is still “very sexually active” with her rocker boyfriend, John Zambetti, despite turning 75 this coming February.
Seymour opened up about her love life – and how she feels closer to 40 than 74 – during a new interview with People published Sunday.
“I have to actually wake up in the morning and remind myself how old I am because inside of me, I would say I still feel like I’m maybe about 40 or 50, maybe 40,” she told the outlet. “I don’t know where all that time went, but I have the energy that I had when I was 40.”
“I turn 75 next year, and I’m very sexually active,” the “Wedding Crashers” star added. “I kind of have become, in some way, almost a poster child for there is life after 70. And I say the word 70 – there’s nothing about me that feels like that.”
Seymour’s breakout role came as the Bond girl Solitaire in 1973’s “Live and Let Die.” More than 50 years later, the actress is still “loving life” and having fun.
“I call it experiential living. Now it is. I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow,” she shared. “So I only want to spend my time doing things that I’m passionate about, that I really enjoy. And I make sure that, even if it’s work, that I turn it into a fun life experience.”
Before meeting Zambetti, 78, in 2023, Seymour was married four times.
She has four kids, including Katherine, 42, and Sean, 38, with ex-husband David Flynn and twin sons John and Kristopher, 28, with ex-husband James Keach.
Following her divorce from Keach in 2015 after 12 years of marriage, the “Somewhere in Time” star swore off dating – until her and Zambetti’s sons sneakily orchestrated a blind date for the pair at a Shwayze concert.
“Long story short, we ended up having a very, very long chat the next day with a cup of tea, which ended up having dinner,” she recalled during an episode of “Tamron Hall” last year.
“He’s the most wonderful, loving, extraordinary man,” Seymour continued. “He’s an ER doctor, very handy. And he’s had a rock band for the last 60 years called The Malibooz with Walter Egan.”
Zambetti and the “Harry Wild” star gushed over one another further during a chat with People in 2023.
“Our kids put us together,” he told the outlet at the time. “So we certainly don’t have to worry about the kids not approving of who we were with. I’m very lucky to be with her.”
“I am having the happiest time of my life. In many ways,” Seymour added, calling the couple’s relationship “absolutely fantastic.”
This isn’t the first time the “Yesterday’s Children” actress opened up about her and her boyfriend’s active sex life.
Seymour opened up about their relationship previously in an essay for Cosmopolitan’s Sex After 60 issue last year.
“Sex right now is more wonderful and passionate than anything I ever remember because it is built on trust, love, and experience,” she wrote.
“Your sex life doesn’t need to end at 60. At the end of the day, everyone is looking for something that puts blood into a certain area,” Seymour added. “When you can figure that out, well, you’re going to be a happy camper.”
