Noel Gallagher has been spotted on date with a woman 30 years his junior, sparking rumours he has a new girlfriend following his split from Sally Mash
Noel Gallagher is said to be ‘smitten’ with his new girlfriend who is 30 years younger than him. The 58-year-old Oasis frontman is dating marketing boss Nina Johnson, who is 28.
The pair were spotted on what looked to be a date night at a pub in West London on Saturday. It comes weeks after twice married Noel split from his most recent girlfriend Sally Mash after two years.
Nina is thought to work for an events company based in London. She was reportedly introduced to the Half the World Away singer through mutual pals.
Of the age difference, a source said: “She is a lot younger than him, but that doesn’t bother either of them. They really enjoy each other’s company and both love the finer things in life and go to a lot of the same places.”
The source continued to The Sun, who obtained the photos: “They were laughing and joking, but keeping a slight distance so they did not look like a couple. However, there was no mistaking the spark between them and they were clearly together. They had been engrossed in each other’s company inside and spent hours together, just the two of them.”
“Her career is going great guns. She is really bright and taking her career seriously. She’s her own woman and Noel really respects that,” the source added to the newspaper.
Back in March, Noel became single again after splitting from his ex Sally, who runs a private members club in London. The pair had dated since 2023.
It’s been said that they called it quits earlier this year, having decided they “weren’t right for each other,” but choosing to remain on good terms.
Even though their relationship has ended, there is said to be “no bad blood” between Noel and Sally, and they have “stayed the best of friends”.
It comes after Noel split from ex-wife, music publicist Sara MacDonald, 54 – who he shares sons Donovan, 17, and Sonny, 14 with – in 2023.
Noel has previously said the pair “grew tired of each other” as they entered their 50s. But in the ends things turned so sour they were reportedly only communicating via lawyers.
Before that, Noel was married to first wife Meg Matthews, 60 – the mother of his eldest child, daughter Anaïs, 25.
The columnist and businesswoman married Noel in a Las Vegas wedding in 1997, and the two remained together until 2001 but are still friendly. Meg was recently spotted at some of the gigs on the sold out Oasis reunion tour.
