Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are thought to be tying the knot in July – here’s what we know so far and which of her famous pals have made the guest list…
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting married in the next few weeks. Though where the ceremony is taking place and exactly when remains a closely guarded secret. But the question on everyone’s lips is – who’s made the guest list?
Her celebrity gal ‘squad’ includes lifelong best friends like Abigail Anderson, as well as an A-list roster of actresses, models and fellow musicians. Close pals Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone and HAIM sisters Danielle, Este and Alana, as well as Brits like model Cara Delevingne, are all thought to be there on Taylor’s big day.
However, there are a couple of Taylor’s famous pals who might not make the cut after some friendships soured recently. The first in question was with actress and singer Zoë Kravitz, who has just got engaged to Taylor’s ex Harry Styles.
The I Knew You Were Trouble singer’s relationship with Zoë is said to have been a bit “bumpy” recently. Though this isn’t thought to be an issue between them as Taylor only dated Harry for a few weeks back in 2012 to early 2013 and it’s reported she will be invited to the wedding. It’s unclear if Harry will also attend due to work commitments.
A source told Page Six: “There has been a definite Zoë-Taylor cooling off, but she’s absolutely coming. I don’t know about Harry, though, as he’s on tour.”
One pal things are way less certain for is Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively. The pair were once so close that Taylor is a godmother to Blake and husband Ryan Reynolds four children. But the former besties are believed to have stopped talking when Taylor became embroiled in Blake’s court case against Justin Baldoni, her co-star and director of her 2024 movie It Ends With Us.
In court documents, Blake had accused Justin of him of harassment, sexual misconduct, and a smear campaign on the set of their hit film. He denied the accusations and filed a counter-suit. The pair were due to testify against each other in court, but the case was settled earlier this month two weeks before a scheduled trial.
An insider told Page Six Blake is not believed to be on the wedding list at present but added: “As evidenced by [her appearance at] the Met Gala, Blake is ready to be back out there … she will be there with bells on if she is invited. But that’s a huge if. I think there’s a far greater chance of it now that the case is settled.”
Another couple of names reported not to have made the guest list are actor Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh Sperry. The couple were once very close to Taylor – but the foursome sparked rift rumours when Keleigh didn’t sit with Taylor at last year’s Super Bowl.
The pair have not been pictured since February 2024. However, Miles did appear on Travis’ New Heights podcast last November to promote his movie, Eternity.
Other big name guests expected to be invited are Brit singer Ed Sheeran, a close pal of Taylor’s for many years. And Taylor is apparently keen to create the same shroud of secrecy as Ed did at his wedding to longtime girlfriend Cherry Seaborn when they tied the knot in December 2018 with just 40 people present.
Though Taylor’s wedding is expected to be a bigger affair, a source told Page Six: “To this day no one knows exactly who attended Ed Sheerhan’s wedding, and that’s the model for this one – total secrecy.
“And no one has ever seen Blake Lively’s wedding photos aside from a few curated pictures in Martha Stewart Weddings of the decor and food. That’s the plan here: Keep it totally locked down and then release a handful of photos, just like with their engagement”
As for when the Taylor-Travis wedding will actually take place, save the date notes reportedly went out for a bash in New York on July 3. But the source thinks this is a trick to throw off the paparazzi and claimed “that’s not when the wedding is happening. Trust me.”
