This Morning’s Josie Gibson is said to be loved-up again after meeting a farrier whilst presenting a segment for the ITV show and they were spotted getting “very comfortable” with each other, according to insiders
Josie Gibson is said to be besotted with her new man after they appeared on This Morning together. The TV star, 41, previously dated property developer Terry Bond, with whom she has seven-year-old son Reggie, but is thought to have been single ever since, having focused on her career instead.
Josie, who shot to fame when she won Big Brother in 2011, has in recent years, become a regular stand-in presenter on This Morning after previously hosting the ITV magazine show’s competition segments, competed on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and followed in the footsteps of Kerry Katona and Stacey Solomon by fronting the advertising campaign supermarket chain Iceland.
In 2023, it was rumoured that she had started dating This Morning cameraman Sam Morter, but she publicly denied the claims as she insisted that their relationship was simply of a platonic nature. But now, it’s thought that Josie might have actually found love on the This Morning set, after hosting a segment with farrier Sam Wolfenden.

Josie and equestrian influencer Sam, 32, were then spotted at Cheltenham Festival where they cosied up on a balcony together and onlookers claimed they looked “very comfortable with each other” at the big event.
A source said: “Josie and Sam have got incredible chemistry. They were very flirty while filming but it really went up a notch when the cameras stopped rolling. There was a lot of laughter and they were clearly very comfortable with each other.
“They didn’t leave each other’s side. Josie and Sam kept in touch after meeting on the show and it’s fair to say she’s really embraced the horsing world.” When it comes to actually confirming whether they are dating, the pair are said to be “very coy” about discussing it with others.

The insider insisted that Josie’s son will remain her “number one priority” in life but that Sam has certainly put a spring in her step after a tricky time in her love life.
Speaking to The Sun, the source added: “Josie has had a rough time with blokes – her number one priority is her son Reggie and a man in her life would have to slot in with that. It’s been a while but bubbly Josie is back!” Sam boasts more than one million followers on Instagram, where he describes himself as “the hoof guy” in his bio and shares updates regarding his equestrian career.
The Mirror has contacted Josie’s representatives for comment.
Josie’s first public relationship was with fellow Big Brother contestant John James Parton. After the show, they moved in together but soon parted ways. She later got engaged to plumber Luke Sanwo in 2012, however, it wasn’t meant to be.
Josie told new! magazine at the time: “The passion has been slowly drifting and now it’s pretty much non-existent. I feel like it’s the right thing to do at the moment.”
Just over a year ago, the former Dancing on Ice star gave us a rare update on her own thoughts when it comes to her dating life.
Speaking about a potential partner, she said: “It wouldn’t be fair on them. My time is split between my career and my son, where would anyone fit in.”
