وكشف المركز في تحديثه التحذيري الأول أن الإنذار الأحمر يشمل الأحساء والعديد وبقيق وذعبلوتن، متوقعاً استمرار «الأمطار الغزيرة» المصحوبة برياح شديدة السرعة حتى الخامسة من فجر الثلاثاء.

وأوضح أن الحالة المطرية العنيفة ستشهد تساقطاً للبرد وجرياناً للسيول، لافتاً إلى أن التداعيات المناخية ستؤدي إلى «انعدام تام» في مدى الرؤية الأفقية.

وبيّن المركز إصداره إنذاراً «برتقالياً» جديداً يخص محافظتي الأحساء وبقيق، تبدأ تأثيراته من ظهر الثلاثاء وتستمر حتى الحادية عشرة مساءً، متضمناً هطول أمطار متوسطة.
وأشار إلى أن التحذير الجديد يترافق مع صواعق رعدية و«شبه انعدام» في الرؤية، داعياً الجميع لأخذ أقصى درجات الحيطة والحذر خلال هذه التقلبات الجوية الحادة.
