وأوضح أن هذه الحروب تسببت في نزوح نحو 35 مليون شخص، بينما تواجه المنظمات الإنسانية أزمة تمويل حادة نتيجة تراجع المساعدات الدولية، خصوصًا من الولايات المتحدة ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي.
