The 22 Kids and Counting Radford Family is about to get even bigger as one of the show’s stars has announced they are pregnant.
Millie Radford, who is Sue and Noel Radford’s third eldest daughter, shared the happy news on Instagram – revealing she’s expecting her fourth child in the sweet post. The Instagram post saw Millie, whose mum Sue recently came under fire over her ‘insensitive’ Dubai post, looking at the camera as she walked towards a baby scanning clinic before switching to a selfie of her and her husband Harley.
The sweet video then sees their three older children sat with their eyes closed as Millie hands them a sonogram image each – the three each look at the sonogram and smile at the happy news. Millie then wrote in the caption of the post: “We thought our hands were full… turns out they weren’t full enough! Baby #4 coming soon”.

Millie, who is already a proud mum to Ophelia, Chester and Elodie, was flooded with messages of congratulations from her siblings including Tillie Radford who wrote: “Congratulations Millie I can’t wait to meet them xx”. Sister Katie added: “So so excited for you both congratulations”.
The happy news comes after a tricky 2025 for Millie and her partner Harley decided to separate before they reconciled. Harley took to Instagram to speak about the split after some speculated it was a publicity stunt.
He said: “I’ve been shown a lot of comments recently about mine and Millie’s break-up.” Harley continued: “I’d like to put it out there that we actually genuinely did break up. We didn’t do this for content – why would we pretend to break up for content?”
Harley revealed the pair decided to give their marriage another go because they felt they “couldn’t give up on our marriage and love like that”. “Everyone just needs that break I guess” he said. “But also I’d like to put it out there that everything we film is real and not fake, as I don’t like to be fake.”
Meanwhile, on the latest series of 22 Kids and Counting, it was revealed in February that Harley was forced to stop working due to a recent health scare, which meant Millie had to return to work while he stayed home with their three children.
Millie surprised Harley with a new dog, Bella, to cheer him up. But, devastation struck as Harley discovered a lump on Bella’s tummy, which the pair were told needed immediate medical attention. The couple were told if Bella didn’t get surgery immediately she could die. The operation cost around £2,500 but the pair couldn’t afford it, meaning they were faced with the prospect they may have to put her down.
Millie told the camera: “The thought of losing Bella was a massive shock. I definitely wasn’t expecting it. I was frightened to have to explain it to the kids, and obviously, Harley would be heartbroken, so that would be just destroying.”
Harley shared his devastation, “When she said Bella could die, I was really upset. I can’t really explain; it’s when you feel like something has just been drained out. You are just stressed and really worried.” The pair then set about collecting possessions to sell and raise the cash.
Millie even made the devastating decision to pawn her wedding ring in order to contribute to the dog’s surgery, but it just wasn’t enough. Millie choked back tears as she left the pawn shop, before breaking the sad news to her husband.
“I’ve pawned my ring,” Mille told Harley, to which her shocked husband replied, “You’ve pawned your ring. You’re joking me?” As Millie confirmed she was telling the truth, Harley said, “I don’t understand. Her wedding ring is very important. “
