“Ghar toh phir ban jayega… par bacchon ka bhavishya nahi.”
He never went to school. But he made sure others could. When a school roof collapsed in Piplodi, Rajasthan, 90 tribal families were left with no access to education. While help would take time, Mor Singh didn’t wait.
Just 2 days later, the 60-year-old farmer gave up his only home,
a house he built over 4 years and turned it into a classroom.
He moved out with his family of 8, now living in a small plastic shelter beside their field. Inside that home, 50–75 children study again.
“Ghar toh phir ban jayega…
par bacchon ka bhavishya nahi.”
His sacrifice didn’t just bring back a classroom, it brought back hope.
