Here is a simple and refreshing recipe for Watermelon Juice along with some popular variations:

  • 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon ginger juice (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Strain the juice through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional).

  3. Stir in lime or lemon juice and ginger juice if using.

  4. Serve chilled over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

  • Add 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves and ½ inch ginger to the blender with watermelon.

  • Add 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice and a pinch of pink or black salt.

  • Blend and strain if preferred.

  • Straining the juice is optional but makes it smoother.

  • Serve immediately for best freshness, or refrigerate and stir before serving.
