Ingredients
- Fish fillets: 4 pieces (300-350 grams total)
- 1st Marinade:
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Crushed peppercorns: 1/2 tsp
- Juice of 1/2 small lemon
- 2nd Marinade:
- Red chili flakes: 1 tsp
- Dark soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Red chili sauce: 2 tbsp
- Garlic, finely chopped: 1 tbsp
- Refined oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Prepare the First Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix salt, crushed peppercorns, and lemon juice.
- Coat the fish fillets with this marinade and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Second Marinade:
- In another bowl, combine red chili flakes, dark soy sauce, red chili sauce, chopped garlic, and refined oil.
- Spread this marinade evenly on both sides of the fish fillets.
- Allow the fillets to marinate for an additional 30 minutes.
- Grill the Fish:
- Preheat a grill pan over medium heat and brush it lightly with oil.
