Strictly Come Dancing star Amber Davies and her professional partner Nikita Kuzmin’s ‘sizzling chemistry’ has raised eyebrows with their co-stars
Strictly Come Dancing star Amber Davies and Nikita Kuzmin have ‘sizzling chemistry’ after the professional dancer was spotted kissing her head in the street.
Nikita, 27, was spotted planing a kiss on Amber’s head as they made their way out of training on the BBC dance show. The pair are hot favourites on the show after consistently putting in top-scoring performances.
According to The Sun, Nikita also touched Amber’s hair and neck.
The onlooker said: “The pair seemed really comfortable and intimate in each other’s company. It seemed totally normal for him to affectionately plant a kiss on her head and hold her tenderly.”

According to an insider at Elstree Studios, where the show is filmed, Amber and Nikita are in ‘their own little world‘ both off stage and on.
They said: “The couple are described as being locked in their own little world at times and the chemistry between them has raised eyebrows amongst their Strictly colleagues,” and also noted that there is an ‘undeniable spark’ between the Love Island winner and her partner.
The Mirror has contacted reps of Amber and Nikita for comment.
Amber, who launched a career in theatre after winning the ITV2 dating show and will next year star in Legally Blonde: The Musical, has previously stressed that her boyfriend, theatre actor Ben Joyce, has no worries about her performing passionate routines with her Strictly professional dance partner Nikita.
She said: “It’s normal in our industry, I’ve watched him kiss someone else on stage, he has watched me fall in love with somebody on stage. My boyfriend is obsessed with this dance; he thinks it’s the best routine I have done.”
Nikita has a girlfriend and has dated Lauren Jaine since 2023. While Amber met her actor boyfriend Ben Joyce on the set of Back to the Future: The Musical in 2022.
Nikita’s girlfriend has previously joked about the so-called ‘Strictly curse’ which has seen a number of professionals on the show have affairs with contestant’s.
Sharing a joke clip of herself fake crying, Lauren penned: “Wondering who is gonna get the Strictly curse this year.”
Amber has insisted she would never get swayed by the show’s dancers, saying: “I love Nikita’s girlfriend. She’s so supportive and so easy going.”
Amber won Love Island in 2017 alongside her then partner Kem Cetinay. The pair split in December 2017 just five months after securing the £50,000 Love Island prize money. Amber previously lashed out at her supporters in 2018, demanding they cease discussing her former partner.
She said, “Guys, this is getting so boring and simply irritating now.” She added, “If Kem and I are over the relationship, I think YOU GUYS should be. I am allowed to move on and mostly allowed to be openly happy.”
