وأمر بوتين وزارتي الدفاع والخارجية الروسيتين والأجهزة الأمنية بـ”جمع المعلومات بشأن هذا الملف” وتقديم “مقترحات مرتبطة بالبداية المحتملة للتحضيرات لإجراء اختبارات للأسلحة النووية”.
