A new bunch of famous faces will be adapting to jungle life – and a cheeky new video with Ant and Dec teases excited fans about exactly which celebs are heading Down Under

Ant and Dec have teased the I’m a Celeb line-up for 2025, as the presenters prepare to return for another series in Australia – and excitement is building as the start date was recently revealed.

The first trailer for the new series, which is the show’s 25th, follows Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly hosting a bushtucker trial-style Christmas dinner, as they confirm the new ITV series will start on Sunday, November 16. Dec was pictured arriving in Australia with his wife Ali today.

The 60-second teaser sees the presenters interrupt the festive fun of a family to offer up plates filled with items often seen during food challenges, where celebrities have to eat gruesome food to win stars for camp. Ant said: “It’s the most wonderful time of the year and it’s about to get even better with the news that the new series of I’m A Celebrity is just weeks away!”

In a new video uploaded by the official Ant and Dec Instagram account, they said: “If we get the pen in the cup we’ll reveal the I’m A Celeb line-up.” The presenters then proceeded to purposely miss the cup, with Ant snatching the pen from Dec’s hand.

They captioned the post: “Ah well, guess you’ll have to wait.” There has been plenty of speculation about the newcomers into the series after a star-studded cast last year.

The last series of the reality show saw McFly star Danny Jones crowned king of the jungle, with Coleen Rooney finishing second and Reverend Richard Coles coming third.

Other stars taking part in last year’s series included Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall, Loose Women and TikTok star GK Barry, former boxer Barry McGuigan, dancer Oti Mabuse and N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos

Rumours are swirling about which famous faces will swap their home comforts for the Australian jungle this year. Model and TV personality Christine McGuinness has fuelled rumours of an appearance after revealing she’s feeling more adventurous this year.

Speaking at the Pride of Britain Awards, she saidl: “In the past I was never away from my children; I’d be frightened of the creepy crawlies; I have sensory issues. I have never been outside Europe so flying over there would be quite a challenge, but I’ve got a bit of ‘f*** it’.”

Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has long been on producers’ wish lists – and she’s confirmed the offers keep coming. She told the Daily Star in 2023: “They ask me every year. They dangle that big carrot every year. I’ve always said ‘no’, but the older I get… I’m 47. I always go, ‘Corr, I’m getting old’.”

Presenter and performer Denise Van Outen is also being tipped for a stint in the jungle. A spokesperson for Ladbrokes told Heart Radio: “It looks like the stars have finally aligned to give us Denise van Outback in 2025.

“With a new album in the autumn and a tour booked for the spring, there’s a glaring hole in her calendar that she could fill with a Bushtucker Trial or two.”
