Sydney Sweeney is shutting down the rumors that she’s had plastic surgery.

During a new interview for Allure with her “The Housemaid” co-star Amanda Seyfried, the 28-year-old actress was asked to debunk a “beauty rumor” about herself — and she had a sharp response.

“Let’s debunk them all. I mean, I have never gotten work done,” Sweeney said.

“I am so scared of needles, you have no idea,” she added.

Seyfried, 40, told her co-star that plastic surgery “is really effective once you get older,” but Sweeney reiterated that she’s “too scared of needles” to do it.

“You cannot compare a photo of me from when I was 12 to a photo of me at 26 with professional makeup and lighting!” the “Euphoria” star continued. “Of course I’m going to look different.”

“Everybody on social media’s insane,” Sweeney declared.

Seyfried chimed in again to remind Sweeney that she’ll support her when she’s ready to get work done.

“You gotta call me, and I’ll give you a little bit of Ativan, and you’ll be so excited, the “Mean Girls” star said. “But you don’t need it yet.”

“No,” Sweeney replied, “also if I did, you guys, my face would be even.”

A confused Seyfried responded, “Not necessarily. What do you mean, ‘even?’ Is it uneven?”

Sweeney then revealed that one of her eyelids “opens a little more than another” due to a childhood wakeboarding accident.

“I got 19 stitches, so I feel like it pulls my eye a little differently than the other,” Sweeney shared, as Seyfried replied, “I still don’t see it.”

“But, there’s an art to it,” Seyfried added about cosmetic procedures. “You can’t just get it everywhere, like a lot of people do.”

Sweeney told Variety in October that she has no interest in cosmetic work, and wants to “age gracefully.”

“I’ve never gotten anything done. I’m absolutely terrified of needles. No tattoos. Nothing,” she explained. “I’m going to age gracefully.”

The “Christy” star added, “It’s really funny. I’ll see things online like ‘comparison pictures.’ I’m like, ‘I’m 12 in that photo. Of course I’m going to look different. I have makeup on now and I’m 15 years older.’”

Back in 2023, Sweeney shared that she is her own role model.

“I look up to the older version of myself,” she told Women’s Health. “When I was 10, I looked up to the 25-year-old version of myself, and now I look up to my 50-year-old version.”

“I hope I make the decisions she would be proud of,” she added.
