Smokey Robinson's S*x Assault Accuser Allegedly Stole Items Worth 'Thousands' Of USD From Storage

Smokey Robinson and his wife, Frances, have moved to court for a temporary restraining order against one of the women who accused the singer of s**ual assault. The couple has claimed that the woman in question broke into their storage unit and stole items worth thousands of dollars. According to reports, Robinson’s legal team filed the document on December 8, 2025.

Smokey Robinson claims the woman who has accused him of assault stole from him

Smokey Robinson and his wife, Frances, have requested a temporary restraining order from the court. This comes following the couple’s claim that one of the woman accusing the star of s**ual assault broke into their home in November 2025 and stole some extremely valuable goods. The plea was filed on December 8, 2025.

On the same day, Robinson claimed to have learned that on November 22, 2025, a woman identified only as ‘Jane Doe 4’ and two accomplices spent 40 minutes in their storage unit, stole several boxes containing personal property, and drove away. Robinson’s attorney, Christopher Frost, addressed the filing in a statement and shared:

“As absurd as this turn of events might seem, it is yet another example of how Jane Doe 4 and her group of accusers are motivated by greed — even the pettiest kind. Beyond absurdity, it is also alarming that she has retained and is exploiting access to the Robinsons’ property, and we are taking swift action to ensure that Jane Doe 4 and those assisting her cannot go near the Robinsons, a couple in their 70s and 80s, because there seems to be no limits on what they are willing to do.”

In another statement, ‘Jane Doe’s’ lawyer slammed the claims as “patently false,” and said they “represent a desperate fabrication intended to retaliate against ‘Jane Doe 4’ following her damning testimony during her December 5th deposition.” ‘Jane Doe’s’ lawyer asserted that she has ‘vehemently denied ever visiting that unit at any time.” The statement was quoted as:

“These baseless claims are nothing more than an attempt to distract and deflect from the serious new allegations brought by John Doe 1 and ‘Jane Doe’ 5, whose filings further underscore the gravity of the misconduct at issue,” the statement continued. “With respect to the Robinsons’ allegation that Jane Doe 4 broke into their storage unit, our client vehemently denies ever having visited that unit at any time since leaving her employment with the Robinsons.”

More about the break-in

‘Jane Doe 4’ was one of four women to accuse Smokey Robinson, 85, of s**ual assault and harassment in a USD 50 million lawsuit filed in May 2025. She alleged at the time that she was forced to resign in 2024 as a housekeeper and assistant due to “repeated s**ual assaults and s**ual harassment.” In the recent filing, Robinson has claimed that she gained access to the storage unit using the key she retained after leaving the job.

They allege that the break-in is captured in full on security camera footage provided by the storage facility, and the woman was recognised by Frances. ‘Jane Doe’s’ attorney stated in a statement that they have not reviewed the security footage but “look forward to obtaining it so the truth can be exposed.” Frances also wrote a personal declaration stating that they are still determining what was stolen from the family storage unit. The filing read:

“Although the Robinsons may have once entrusted Jane Doe 4 with access to the storage unit during the time she worked with them, she no longer had any conceivable legal right to set foot there, no less brazenly break in and steal from the Robinsons. Yet she used unlawfully-retained keys to break in, take what she wanted, and leave with stolen property.”

About Smokey Robinson’s alleged s**ual assault case

In November 2025, Smokey Robinson was hit with two new accusations of s**ual battery, a man and a woman who alleged the singer tried to force them to touch his ‘e**ct p**is’. The claims brought his total number of accusers to six, though the star’s lawyer dismissed all allegations as an “organised, avaricious campaign to extract money from an 85-year-old legend.” Despite his lawyer arguing in court that their pseudonyms were impeding the defense’s ability to subpoena witnesses, a judge ruled in September 2025 that Robinson’s accusers may remain anonymous as the case proceeds. A trial is set for October 2027.
