Italian luxury house Brunello Cucinelli SpA has reported fiscal 2025 (FY25) as a record year in terms of financial performance and brand image, upgrading its revenue outlook to growth of between 11 per cent and 12 per cent at constant exchange rates. At current exchange rates, revenue growth is expected to be around 10 per cent, supported by strong sales momentum throughout the year.
The company said the fourth quarter (Q4) is shaping up to be ‘very positive’, with expected double-digit growth at constant exchange rates, in line with the third-quarter trend, despite a tougher comparison base. Order intake remains robust, with the Fall/Winter 2026 women’s pre-collection, presented in November, receiving highly positive feedback from both multibrand clients and monobrand boutique managers. This follows a solid order book already secured for Spring/Summer 2026.
The Fall/Winter 2026 Women’s pre-collection, presented in November, received ‘particularly flattering feedback’ from multibrand clients and ‘extremely positive comments’ from monobrand boutique managers. The collection was judged to be ‘highly innovative, with a high degree of creativity and innovation’, following a strong Spring/Summer 2026 order portfolio. Based on current visibility, the company confirmed projected revenue growth of around 10 per cent for 2026, Brunello Cucinelli said in a press release.
On December 1, the brand unveiled a major window takeover at Harrods in London, featuring 26 windows until January 31, and on the same evening, Brunello Cucinelli received the British Fashion Council’s ‘Outstanding Achievement Award’. On December 4, the world premiere of Brunello: the gracious visionary, directed by Giuseppe Tornatore with music by Nicola Piovani, was held at Cinecitta in Rome.
“As 2025 draws to a close, we can look back on a year of excellent results, in terms of revenue, profits and a great image for the brand,” said Brunello Cucinelli, executive chairman and creative director. “This past year has been exceptionally generous to us, offering many blessings: as a company and as individuals, we have received a series of truly special recognitions that have filled us with joy and optimism for the years ahead.”
“Our gentle luxury has been recognised as a model of creativity through the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award, which I had the honour of receiving from the British Fashion Council,” added Cucinelli.
Operationally, the company said it maintained resilience despite a less dynamic global luxury market and the introduction of US tariffs, which led to price adjustments from the Fall/Winter 2025 season without affecting customer behaviour or brand perception. Retail continued to grow on a like-for-like basis, wholesale remained stable across around 400 top-tier global clients, and more than 200 new employees joined during the year.
FY25 also marked the early completion of the 2024–2026 Made in Italy manufacturing plan, including the doubling of the Solomeo factory and the completion of new outerwear facilities in Penne and Gubbio, strengthening production visibility until around 2035.
