Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean was blushing when FanDuel host Kay Adams put him on the spot about his rumored relationship with WWE’s Nikki Bella.
During a Wednesday appearance on “Up & Adams,” from Radio Row ahead of Super Bowl 2026, DeJean explained that he’s going to be a “fun uncle” to Reed Blankenship’s unborn child, adding that he hopes the Eagles will retain the free agent safety.
“I hope we can bring him back,” DeJean said.
“And Aunt Nikki Bella,” Adams quipped.
DeJean, whose face turned red, laughed.
“Alright, good one,” he said. “I dont know about that. She’s a good friend.”
That’s when Adams brought up Nikki’s viral moment on this week’s “Raw” in Philadelphia — where the 42-year-old WWE Hall of Famer was greeted with “Coop” chants while in the ring.
“There was a quote,” Adams said, before she read Nikki’s response to the chants: “‘Can you blame a girl for having good taste? I mean, Pro Bowl baby.’”
DeJean, 22, earned his first Pro Bowl nod during the 2025 NFL season.
“What’s she talking about?” DeJean said. “… She’s saying she got good taste. I mean, she could be talking about anybody.”
Adams added that Nikki, who is a diehard Eagles fan, is “a legend” and “an absolute badass.”
DeJean agreed.
“She is [a badass], she’s amazing. She’s been doing this for a long time,” DeJean said.
The Eagles star couldn’t escape questions about Nikki on Radio Row — but he didn’t divulge details about their relationship.
TMZ reported that DeJean and Nikki were “causally dating” earlier this month after she sported his jersey at a number of Eagles games.
Bella noted that she was still single when asked by the gossip site about the viral promo on RAW.
The internet had a field day when Nikki posed at DeJean’s locker after Philadelphia’s 31-0 shutout win over the Raiders on Dec. 14.
Nikki and her ex-husband of two years, Artem Chigvintsev, have a 5-year-old son, Matteo.
She and the former “Dancing with the Stars” pro’s messy divorce was settled in May 2025.
DeJean was previously linked to Steph Wilfawn.
