Is Cardi B Clashing With The WAGs Of Patriots Players Before Super Bowl 2026? Here’s What We Know

It’s finally that time of the year that most football fans have been eagerly looking forward to. For the unversed, on February 8, 2026, Super Bowl LX will kick off in the San Francisco Bay Area at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. In the match, the New England Patriots will face off against the Seattle Seahawks at 6:30 p.m ET, which is 3:30 p.m local time. As excitement around the Super Bowl weekend continues to grow, rapper, Cardi B, who is dating the Patriots wide receiver, Stefon Diggs, has found herself in the midst of some drama. Reportedly, she is stirring up trouble and clashing with her fellow Patriots WAGs ahead of the game.  

Sources claim that Cardi B is clashing with other Patriots partners 

The Sun recently published a report, in which a source who is allegedly close to the New England Patriots team, claimed that Cardi B has been “a lot to deal with” when she is around her fellow WAGs. The insider also alleged that the 33-year-old rapper is “always speaking loudly” and giving the other players’ partners the cold shoulder in a “diva-like way.”

The same insider suggested that, as an organisation, the New England Patriots usually tends to maintain a more low-key culture and does not enjoy the kind of “flashy behaviour” that a high-profile celebrity like Cardi B brings. The source went on to allege that even Cardi’s entourage and bold personality did not mesh with a number of people. To quote the insider’s words from The Sun: 

“She’s always looking to be the centre of attention, has no filter and no limits, and acts like she can do whatever she wants – and the same goes for her entourage. That’s extremely frustrating for many people.”  

Cardi B to reportedly spend huge money at Super Bowl 2026 to support her boyfriend, Stefon Diggs 

The insider’s claims, including Cardi B clashing with her fellow Patriots WAGs, come shortly after another source told The Sun earlier in the week that the rapper will spend a lot of money on this year’s game. If the reports are believed to be true, Cardi has invited around 100 people, including friends and family, to the Bay Area. Apparently, she has arranged for four private jets for her guests, a private suite at Levi’s Stadium (costing approximately USD 125,000), and additional game tickets (ranging from USD 700,000 to USD 725,000). The source revealed: 

“She’s incredibly excited and fully locked in. This isn’t just about attending the game – it’s about showing up for her man in the biggest way possible and celebrating with everyone they love.”

It is worth mentioning that Cardi B will also hold a private celebration for Stefon Diggs, with whom she welcomed her fourth child in November 2025. This party will be held after the game and will go on regardless of the final score of the match. As per the source, the venue that the Bodak Yellow rapper has booked for the celebration costs around USD 30,000. The source said: 

“She’s covering most of the expenses herself because she wants him to feel supported and celebrated. She keeps saying that this might never happen again, so why hold back?” 

It is important to note that these claims were made by anonymous sources and have not been confirmed by the New England Patriots team, the player’s families, or even Cardi B herself.
