Katie Price and Lee Andrews shocked their followers last month with a whirlwind wedding in Dubai after only days of knowing each other. Katie flew straight back to England after the ceremony and the pair have finally been reunited on their ‘honeymoon’ back where it all began – in the Middle East.
And now sources have given an insight into their trip – with claims the pair were “getting as intimate as you can in public” at the lavish One&Only Royal Mirage hotel in Dubai. The glamour model was seen wearing a barely-there orange swimsuit as she and her new husband Lee cooled off in the pool, before relaxing together on a pair of sun loungers.
“Katie’s ridiculous swimming costume aside, she and Lee actually looked happy together,” an onlooker told Mail Online. “There was lots of hand holding and smiles, and when they were on their sunbeds they appeared to be getting about as intimate as you can in public in Dubai. They looked like other honeymooners – bar that swimsuit – and seemed happy and loving life.”
Lee initially said he was planning to join Katie in the UK following their quickie ceremony – but appeared to change his mind. Katie joined her new spouse a fortnight after their nuptials, which took place in the nearby One&Only The Palm hotel. Katie wore a £12 white dress from Shein for the occasion.

A source who has worked with Katie before believes the hotel say could well have been “a freebie” due to the star’s huge social media following. Her pal Kerry Katona joined her for a couple of days her new man Paulo Margaglione.
Meanwhile, Katie has reportedly used her time abroad to scope out a new home – with claims she’s even put down a deposit and signed a contract. Talking to The Sun, the source claimed that she had “put money down” and that “the contract is signed”. They added: “She is really excited and thinks she is going to have her happy ending with Lee.
“But those close to Katie fear this could be the start of a potential scam. She was only supposed to be in Dubai for two days, but she’s still not returned home.”
They continued to say that Katie’s move to buy a house is “making her closest friends and family anxious”. Since they got together, much has been said about Katie’s new husband, including by Lee himself. He has made a string of claims about his life on social media, including jobs that he allegedly held at some major institutions across Britain. His LinkedIn page lists a string of careers, including being the founder of Aura Sustainable Vehicles & Energy BVI and Blue Diamond Group, and his appointment to the Abu Dhabi Prestige Office.
One claim on his LinkedIn page is that he is a Member Of The Board of Advisors for the Labour Party . He claims to have held this role since May 2015, with his role reportedly involving being an “Associate member & supporter of His Majesty’s Government,” as well as being a Labour Party board member (not seated) in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire. However, Lee is not a member of the Labour Party team. A Labour source told us: “We don’t have a ‘Board of Advisors’ and this individual doesn’t work with us.”
And while he claims to have been in the position and a supporter of the Labour party government since 2015, the party in office at the time was the Conservatives, with Lord David Cameron serving as the Prime Minister. When approached for comment by the Mirror , Mr Andrews said: “Supporter is the word your after [sic].”
Lee also claims to be the Director of Philanthropy at The King’s Trust (formerly The Prince’s Trust) – a role he alleges he’s held since April 2018. On his LinkedIn, he claims to be the Scottish house ambassador, by royal appointment, for development around sustainability and the environment. However, the Mirror has been informed that this role is not held by Lee. In fact, they have no volunteers with this title, and there is no record of Lee or Weslee Andrews with the Trust.
The speculation about what these discrepancies mean for Katie and her relationship appeared to irk the star, who recently hit back. She told fans: “I’m a grown a**e woman,” as she left the UK in order to return to her new husband in Dubai.
