Nikki Tamboli is hogging the limelight for her recent fight with fellow contestant, Prince Narula, on the reality show, The 50. The controversy started with Prince, who made a body-shaming comment on Nikki. Following this, Nikki hits back at him. However, dragging Ekleen, daughter of Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary, into the controversy didn’t go well with Prince Narula. His team slammed Nikki for the same. A while ago, Nikki accused Prince of playing a victim card in the matter.
Nikki Tamboli slams Prince Narula for playing the victim card in the body-shaming controversy
On February 14, 2026, Nikki took to her Instagram Stories and slammed Prince Narula for playing the victim card in the body-shaming controversy. Nikki, who is known for her unapologetic behaviour and confidence, hit back at Prince and warned him not to use his little daughter as a shield for his behaviour. She shared that sympathy shouldn’t be built on keeping someone’s innocence in the forefront. She added that children deserve protection rather than projection. She wrote:
“Stop playing the victim card and hiding behind your daughter’s name and age. Own your actions. Don’t use your child as a shield for your behaviour. Accountability looks better. Sympathy shouldn’t be built on someone else’s innocence. Respect your daughter enough not to drag her into your narrative. Being a parent isn’t a PR strategy. Victim card won’t fix character. Accountability will. Children deserve protection, not projection.”

Prince Narula’s team hits back at Nikki Tamboli for bringing his daughter into the argument
Nikki’s statement, in which she hit back at Prince over the body-shaming remark, didn’t go well with Prince. His team slammed her for it. They clarified that what happened on the show, The 50, was just light humour and there was no intention to hurt, insult or demean anyone. They mentioned that disagreements happening between two adults should remain between them and shouldn’t be projected onto their innocent family members. They were quoted as saying:
“The humour that was shared happened in a light, spontaneous moment where everyone in the room was laughing, teasing, and even poking fun at themselves – including Prince. Making statements about how someone’s daughter might be spoken about in the future crosses a line that should never be crossed. Disagreements and hurt feelings should remain between the adults involved and within the context of the moment, not be projected onto innocent family members. There is a clear difference between shared humour in a group and deliberate disrespect.”

What did Nikki Tamboli say after Prince Narula made the body-shaming comment?
Soon after the video featuring Prince and others making fun of and laughing at a comment made by the former, Nikki hits back at him. Her team issued a statement in which they called him a ‘so-called husband, father and public figure’. They dragged Prince’s 1-year-old Ekleen into the matter. They shared that the comment made by him was purely an attack involving body-shaming. They wrote:
“So-called husband, father, public figure. If someone spoke about your daughter’s body like this, would you laugh too? This isn’t a strategy. This isn’t a game. This is body-shaming done quietly – the coward’s way. Cameras don’t cancel character. Influence doesn’t excuse disrespect. Mocking someone behind their back isn’t power. If you have something to say, say it to the face. Behind-the-back mocking isn’t strength – it’s fear pretending to be confidence. And influence without responsibility? That’s not leadership. That’s failure. That’s a weakness with an audience.”

What did Prince Narula say about Nikki Tamboli?
In a recent episode of The 50, Prince Narula was making fun of Nikki’s lips while talking to Shiv Thakare and Monalisa, and all of them were seen laughing as he commented on her lips. This thing didn’t go well with some social users who criticised Prince for his remark. They also supported Nikki and lauded her for unapologetic behaviour.
