A hot reality couple are having twins! Too Hot To Handle stars Emily Miller and Cam Holmes have shared the happy news that they are soon to become parents for a second – and third – time. It will be double the trouble and double the fun for the couple, who are set to welcome twins.
The pair first met while taking part in the second season of Netflix’s reality dating show Too Hot To Handel which aired in 2021. The show sees a group of attractive singletons competing to win a prize fund while housed together – with the total fund being reduced whenever contestants kiss or become intimate.
Fans of the reality show will recall that 31-year-old Emily and 29-year-old Cam opted to couple up almost immediately after being placed in the house together and worked together to try to secure the prize fund. And while they ultimately did not win the show, they arguable won a better prize than money – in the form of true love.

The pair have been in a romance ever since the show concluded filming – and moved in together after retuning to the UK from Turks and Caicos, where the show filmed. They welcomed a son named Reggie in June 2024 and became engaged the following year.
Over Valentine’s weekend this year, however, the couple revealed their family is set to grow again as they took to social media to reveal they are expecting twins. And the couple enlisted the help of Reggie to spread the news – with the toddler sounding very excited to be becoming a big brother.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Emily and Cam shared an adorable video of them with Reggie alongside a caption that stated: “2 more to adore… Due 23.08” alongside baby face emojis. The video showed Emily and Cam leading Reggie for a walk together – with both parents taking one of his hands.
The family sat down and placed a jumper on Reggie that had the words “Big brother” written across the front. In a voiceover, Emily asked Reggie: “What’s in mummy’s tummy?” And he replied: “Baby.”
As the adorable clip continued, Emily then asked: “And how many?” And Reggie replied: “There’s two.” Footage showed the proud parents playing with their son and showing him scans of the twins. Can was shown affectionately stroking Emily’s tummy – and also lifting his son to kiss the growing baby bump.
The update was a hit with fans and followers – with the clip rapidly clocking up hundreds of thousands of likes and thousands of congratulatory comments. Love Island icon Olivia Bowen was among those commenting, writing: “Omg congregations angels… the voiceover has done meeee the cutest.”
While another fan gushed: “AHHH WELCOME TO THE TWIN CLUB!!” along with a string of celebratory eomjis. And another typed: “Omg my heart is soooo full for you both!!! Omg congratulations you guys!!! Your beautiful family is growing … be right back going to go cry now.”
The life update comes four months after Cam and Emily became engaged. The Welshman got down on one knee to ask Emily for her hand in marriage via a romantic beach proposal. The pair took to social media to share the happy news at the time.
Images showed Emily beaming with happiness as she showed off her engagement ring to the camera. She shared an overjoyed caption that pointedly stated: “IT FINALLY HAPPENED” alongside an engagement ring emoji.
While Cam added a caption stating: “Introducing my future wife” when he shared the collection of snaps via his Instagram Stories. Emily previously opened up about her relationship with Cam during an interview with People magazine.
The Too Hot To Handle star told the publication in January 2024: “When we met on the show, we both weren’t looking for anything serious. If anything, I wanted a hot international man but got someone from Wales. Looking back, we couldn’t have done it without each other. The whole experience would not have been the same without him, and I’m just so happy that Lana brought us together, honestly.”
