Danniella Westbrook has finally showed off her new face after recovering from gruelling surgery. The former EastEnders star, 52, has undergone surgery in Dubai including a full face lift. The actress has had several operations to rebuild her face following years of drug abuse. She recently visited Dubai, where she opted for a full face, neck and brow lift in addition to a lip and nose reconstruction.
These procedures took place just months after an operation to repair her nose last June after her cocaine addiction destroyed her septum. In an Instagram post last month, Danniella said of her surgeon: “A massive amount of love and respect to my Amazing surgeon @parvizsadigh for all his hard work. Every day I grow and glow. Thank you and roll on Feb for the next operation.”

In the new photos, Danniella can be seen showing off her new face for the first time. In a cornflour blue bikini, she showed off her new face, brows and lips after undergoing the procedure.
Danniella had previously explained to the Mirror how she nearly died following one botched operation. She had suffered a severe bout of osteoporosis, which is a health condition that weakens bones, in 2015 and was left with screws for teeth.
“They need to take a piece of bone out of my skull and put a plate into my face but they’ve got nothing to stick the plate on at the minute because the bone’s not strong enough,” she said back in 2018.
“The bone hadn’t closed around the screws so they took me out of the house three times to a dentist, which they’re not meant to, because the pain was so bad.”
Danniella also had her eroded septum and columella replaced in what was just the start of her surgery journey. “I hate the way I look. I’m constantly made fun of, and trolled for it,” she said.
“People message me, saying: ‘You’re so ugly, you’re a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself.’ I’ve also had messages saying they are glad I’m not coming back to EastEnders because no one wants me scaring their kids on the telly.”
In 2025, Danniella decided to undergo surgery again – this time on her face. Claiming doctors were happy with her progress, she wrote: “Today, I got the amazing news that I’m officially clear to move on to stage 2 of my recovery. Despite a rough patch with an infection (which was a known risk), my doctors are happy with how everything’s going – and that means everything to me.”
