PGA Tour stars like Rory McIlroy, Collin Morikawa and Tommy Fleetwood are battling for position heading into the weekend at Riviera.
Once Round 2 of the Genesis Invitational, the cut will be made, with the top 50 players earning tee times to play Saturday’s third round (Scottie Scheffler has work to do to make the cut after struggling in Round 1).
We won’t know the exact Saturday tee times for the Genesis until the second round is completed Friday night. Once the final putts drop, players will be organized into tee times based on leaderboard position, with those at the bottom of the leaderboard teeing off first, and the leaders teeing off last.
We can look to the past to get a good idea of what the Round 3 tee times will be this year. At the 2024 Genesis Invitational, the last to be played at Riviera, Denny McCarthy opened up the third round at 10:20 a.m. ET. Patrick Cantlay and Luke List shared the final pairing, teeing off at 2:40 p.m. ET.
We can expect the 2026 Genesis third-round tee times to fall into a similar window, though they might play in three-man groupings.
You can watch Saturday’s third round of the 2026 Genesis Invitational on TV via CBS and Golf Channel, with Golf Channel opening the coverage at 1 p.m. ET before the action switches to CBS at 3 p.m. ET.
