He was not just a reality show contestant but also a seven-time titleholder of Mr. India, and a one-time Mr. India winner. Apart from his accolades, he was also a celebrity fitness trainer, but he passed away in a shocking turn of events.

Mayak Pawar passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 37. He celebrated his 37th birthday on January 1, 2026, and his death within a few weeks had left his fans in shock. It is worth mentioning that the cause of his death is unknown. His family had shared a note announcing Mayank’s prayer meet. The prayer meeting is scheduled for February 25, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Valmiki Mandir, Sangam Park, Rana Pratap Bagh. Along with the post, it was written:
“A brother, a champion, a mentor, and an inspiration to many. Mayank Pawar will forever live in our hearts. Please join us in prayer and remembrance. Om Shanti.”
Soon fans showered their condolence messages. One user wrote, “Like a few days back, I was watching his Splitsvilla 7 journey. Can’t really believe. Haven’t seen any pure soul than him in entire splitsvilla seasons. Still remember, everyone cried including sunny leone when he got eliminated. May his soul rest in peace.” Another one expressed his opinion on impacts of steroids and wrote, “Olympia gym shastri nagar me training krta tha bhai shuru me wahi se sare gold laya hai mgr galti ye thi mindset aisa tha ki kuch b thok do bas body banni chye aur vsa hua b but internally jo nuksan hua steroids se wo permanent side effects kbhi thk nhi hote.
