Get ready to unleash your inner headbanger—Metallica is storming back onto the stage with a Las Vegas residency at the Sphere, where fans can expect a legendary set list.
The band is ready to light the venue ablaze this fall with their Life Burns Faster residency.
Across eight electrifying shows in October, the band will uphold their “No Repeat Weekend” legacy, delivering a brand new setlist every Thursday and Saturday—a tradition that began with the 2023 kick-off of the band’s M72 World Tour.
“About 12 seconds into the opening night of Sphere with U2 back in ‘23, I thought ‘We have to do this, it’s completely uncharted territory!’ This residency gives us another chance to reinvent how we interact with our fans in a live setting. We are beyond excited to share this with the world in six months’ time, and way f—-’in psyched to go next level!” said Lars Ulrich, Metallica co-founder and drummer.
Metallica vows to deliver a Sphere residency packed with both fan favorites and unexpected gems from their catalog, all amplified by the Sphere’s state-of-the-art immersive technology.
Announcing the news on Instagram, the band sparked playful banter with fans, cheekily asking, “Comment your favorite shape and why it is a sphere?”
No Repeat Weekend tickets and single-night tickets will go on sale on March 6 at 10am PST. Ticket registration is now open here.
