She’s the newest leading lady.

“Bridgerton” Season 4 star Yerin Ha had a supportive co-star in her on-screen love interest, Luke Thompson.

“Because I was working with Luke and he’s already been on the show…I felt like he was my obvious support system, and I was seeing him pretty much every day,” Ha, 28, exclusively told The Post. “I guess I kind of leaned on him, just as a pillar throughout this whole journey.”

The “Dune: Prophecy” actress, who is Australian, added that while they were filming, she tried to be as honest with him as possible about “what I’m feeling at any given time,” which included nerves about the “daunting” intimacy scenes.

Now streaming on Netflix, “Bridgerton” Season 4 follows the Cinderella-like love story of the maid Sophie Baek (Ha) and Benedict Bridgerton (Thompson). Each season of the Shonda Rhimes exec produced historical romance series follows a different member of the Bridgerton family as they find love in 1800s England. Sophie and Benedict’s love is complicated by the fact that she belongs to a lower social class, making it “improper” for him to marry her.

Spoilers for Bridgerton Season 4, part 2.

The show is famously steamy, and the second half of Season 4 sees Sophie and Benedict have a sexy romp in a bathtub.

“We were going to shoot that day, and then Luke had to go home that morning because he tested positive for influenza. So there was lots of rescheduling,” Ha shared.

Once they were finally able to shoot in the tub, “the water did spill quite a lot. It got to a point where I was like, ‘I feel like my chest is showing way too much.’ So they did have to refill it.”

She said the water temperature was “warm” and the atmosphere was “light” behind-the-scenes.

“[Sex scenes] are not the most comfortable scenes to shoot, but I think Luke and I have such a great relationship now that we’re able talk about how silly it is,” she told The Post. “You know, we’re in a bathtub together with a crew [standing around].”

While they traded quips and banter, she said they also did “give each other space” when they needed it.

“We can just clock it, without even saying anything.”

When she was nervous, Thompson, “just gave me space. He was holding space,” she quipped, referencing the viral meme from Ariana Grande’s “Wicked” press tour with Cynthia Erivo.

She added that her co-star enabled her to “never feel like I had to experience discomfort alone.”

“He truly was the reason why I was probably able to be as comfortable as I was able to be,” she gushed. “We had just really good communication.”

Netflix has renewed the show for fifth and sixth seasons. Ostensibly, there will be seasons focused on Eloise Bridgerton (Claudia Jessie) finding love and – spoiler alert – Francesca Bridgerton (Hannah Dodd) finding love, now that she’s a widow.

Usually, past couples stick around – for instance, Jonathan Bailey, Simone Ashley, Luke Newton, and Nicola Coughlan are all still in the show. However, Rege-Jean Page and Phoebe Dynevor (who played the Season 1 couple) haven’t returned.

When asked if she’ll be in Season 5, Ha said, “I hope so!”

But her lips were zipped about the future plot. “I really don’t know” [what character it will focus on],” she noted.
