Married at First Sight UK star Bailey Smith joked that ‘the secret is out of the bag now’
What is Married at First Sight UK star Bailey Smith’s real name?
- Married at First Sight UK star Bailey Smith has dropped a bombshell by admitting the name he went by on the show isn’t his real one. The 36-year-old sales manager from St Albans made the revelation on Instagram Stories and during a BBC Radio Sussex interview, joking: “The secret is out of the bag now!”
- Bailey was quick to clarify he still prefers his nickname, though. He explained: “Yes, my full name is David Bailey, but everyone has always called me Bailey forever. The only person who calls me David is my mother when I’m in trouble!”
- The reality TV star, who was married to Rebecca Fenney on the E4 show, also opened up about their split around a month after filming ended. Speaking about the heartbreak, Bailey admitted: “Going through heartbreak in the public eye has been quite difficult. It took me a while to take the ring off, if I am honest.”
- The exes will reunite for the first time since their split in a brand new MAFS UK reunion airing tonight (March 1) at 9pm on E4. The one-off episode will see the former couples from Series 10 sit down together for one last dinner party, months after their love stories were shown on TV.
- Only one couple from the season remains together today. Abigail Lindsay and John Shepherd are the last pairing from the series still standing and they recently announced to fans that they would be moving in together.
