Actor Allu Sirish’s wedding week festivities kicked off on a traditional note with the auspicious Pelli Koduku ceremony at the Allu family residence on Sunday. The ceremony began with the sacred mangala snanam where the groom was ceremonially bathed and anointed with turmeric and sandalwood paste. The sacred ritual symbolizes purification, blessings, and the transition into married life. A heartfelt gathering of family and friends, particularly women from the extended family blessed the groom and conveyed good wishes.
Sirish’s father Allu Aravind, brother Allu Arjun and wife Sneha Reddy, Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s wife Vasundhara among others participated in the festivities with zeal. But the biggest attraction was the presence of newlyweds Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna. The wedding is set to take place on March 6.
