We’ve got an important message for you that won’t be delivered via bottle.
Sting just announced he’s extending his ongoing ‘Sting 3.0 Tour’ once again.
The former Police frontman will now tour all over North America from early October through late November with his two-man backing band.
This time around, the three-man outfit are scheduled to headline six (!) concerts at NYC’s Brooklyn Paramount. Those shows go down:
Wednesday, Nov. 11
7 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 12
7 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 14
7 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 15
7 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 17
7 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 18
7 p.m.
These concerts come on the heels of Sting’s previously-announced spring tour that will send him to theaters, pavilions, casinos and amphitheaters all over the U.S. and Canada in May.
Based on our findings, the self-described “power trio” — which includes guitarist Dominic Miller and drummer Chris Maas — dig deep into the 17-time Grammy winner’s catalog.
Highlights from a recent show in London included fan favorite throwbacks from his time with The Police like “Roxanne,” “Every Breath You Take,” “Walking On The Moon,” “Message in a Bottle” and “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” as well as well-known tracks “Fields of Gold,” “Fragile” and “Desert Rose” from his back catalog, according to Set List FM.
“I was lucky enough to see The Police’s final reunion show at Madison Square Garden in 2008, and that concert will always be hard to top, but seeing Sting play his classic songs in an intimate venue like the Capitol Theatre was just as thrilling,” Consequence wrote in a review of what they described as a “must-see” October 2024 concert.
“His voice is as strong as ever, he’s still one of the greatest bassists of all time, and he’s a consummate performer.”
