Brooklyn Beckham delighted fans by revealing the spicy nickname he calls wife Nicola Peltz. The couple celebrated the aspiring chef’s 27th birthday with a glamorous night surrounded by their friends and some of their family.
The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham partied with his wife this week, with Nicola sharing a glimpse of the special day on her Instagram. The model and actor shared a video of Brooklyn surrounded by presents and balloons as he tucked into a tray of doughnuts, which appeared to replace a more traditional birthday cake.
Nicola, 31, also shared a string of loved-up snaps from the day, showing the pair looking smitten as they posed together and packed on the PDA during the evening.

The actress stunned in a black halterneck gown as she puckered up to her husband in several of the photos. Sharing the post with her followers, Nicola wrote: “Last night was so special thank you to everyone who came and made it so perfect.” She added: “We all love you so much Brooklyn!”
Fans quickly flooded the comments with birthday wishes for Brooklyn, but it was his own response that caught the most attention. Replying to the post, he left a flirty message for his wife, writing: “My sexy little pepper xx”.
The comment quickly gathered hundreds of likes, with fans responding to say how sweet they found the exchange while also complimenting Nicola’s look for the night. One fan wrote: “Agree! The third picture is smoking. Wow!”, while another added: “Best couple!!”
The birthday celebrations come amid an ongoing fallout between Brooklyn and his parents, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham. On Brooklyn’s birthday his parents shared two throwback photos of when Brooklyn was a young child, the first showing Brooklyn and Victoria in a pool with the caption: “27 today. Happy Birthday Bust. We love you.” Another featured just David and Brooklyn along with the caption: “Happy Birthday Bust, Love you.”
The messages came despite reports that Brooklyn had sent his parents a legal letter urging them not to contact him via social media and to go through lawyers instead. Brooklyn’s brothers, Romeo and Cruz, also posted birthday tributes during the day, along with several extended family members.
However, the public messages are not believed to have been well received, with reports suggesting Brooklyn has asked that communication from his family be kept private following their bitter fallout.
A source told ET: “Brooklyn and Nicola are disheartened they chose to make public Instagram posts for his birthday. These are the exact type of performative public actions that Brooklyn has been trying to put an end to, to no avail. Last summer, they issued a legal letter to his parents requesting that any correspondence go through lawyers.”
There had been much speculation about Brooklyn’s bond with his parents before his shock statement in January, where he accused them of putting “Brand Beckham” above all else. Taking to social media, the Beckhams’ eldest child accused his parents of trying to “ruin” his relationship with Nicola. He also claimed that ex-Spice Girl Victoria had “hijacked” the first dance at his wedding.
In part of his statement, Brooklyn said: “I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.”
He also alleged his wife had been “disrespected” by his family and was not invited to his father’s 50th birthday party. David and Victoria have not responded directly to the statement and neither have their other children, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
