Singer Pink has announced the cancellation of two of her upcoming concerts after denying rumours she and her husband Carey Hart had split.
The 46 year old performer was set to take the stage at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico on April 26 and 27, but both gigs have been scrapped due to circumstances “beyond the control of the artist”.
Promoter Ocesa announced on X: “PINK IMPORTANT NOTICE. We regret to inform the public in Mexico City that, due to complications arising from an unforeseen event affecting the event’s logistics and beyond the control of the artist, promoter, and venue, PINK’s shows scheduled for April 26 and 27 at Estadio GNP Seguros will not take place.

“We understand the excitement of attending these concerts and deeply appreciate the understanding of our fans. If you made your purchase online, a full refund, including Ticketmaster service fees, will be automatically credited to the card used for the purchase, according to your bank’s processing times.
“If you purchased your tickets at the box office, you can request a refund at the same location where you made the purchase in the coming days.”
Gigs for Carolina Ross and rapper Lucho SSJ were also axed, though Ocesa told Billboard Español the cancellations are unconnected. It comes after Pink was forced to deny she had split from her husband after 20 years together.
After rumours circulated the couple had ended their marriage, Pink took to social media to issue a denial in a strange video. In a bizarre video she posted on Instagram she said: “On my way to a beer, I was just alerted to the fact I have split from my husband. Thank you for letting me know. Would you also like to tell my children? My 14-year-old and nine-year-old are also unaware. Or do you want to talk about some real news? Do you want to talk about the Epstein files, do you want to talk about systemic racism, or misogyny in sports?”
“Do you want to talk about my accomplishments or only my supposed demise? So fake news, not true. I love you all. Go with God.” She captioned the video: “Like I always say. If you don’t hear it from me, don’t believe the hype. Stay tuned though! Who knows what could happen next!?!”
In 2024, Pink issued a heartfelt apology on social media after pulling the plug on the final four dates of her tour owing to injuries.
She revealed she’d been battling through performances with a torn bicep and two torn meniscus injuries before being forced to halt her shows. She penned on Facebook: “This is a LOVE LETTER and an apology to those who had tickets to the shows I’ve cancelled. You deserve to be acknowledged and seen and cared for. I always try to be honest and transparent so here it is. Full refunds are being extended obviously. And just know that I did my absolute damndest to make it to every city I signed up for. I always try to honor my commitments 1000 per cent. I almost always make the mark, but that doesn’t mean much to a person that feels disappointed in me right now. I’m really sorry. I hope one day to make it up to you. And I thank you for wanting to spend your time with me. At that moment- I couldn’t lift my right arm anymore, I couldn’t sleep, and I needed to figure it out. Cortisone can only take you so far.
