TEHRAN – The two-volume book “The Quranic Personality of the Martyr Leader of the Revolution” was unveiled in Tehran in the presence of the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Seyed Abbas Salehi and the head of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) Mohammad Mahdi Imanipour.

At the unveiling ceremony, held on Sunday at the ICRO, the Culture Minister said that explaining the thought and intellectual system of the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei is one of the important missions of cultural organizations and institutions, IRNA reported.

“I hope the Quranic aspects of the Leader’s personality will be disseminated inside and outside the country. Understanding and introducing the various dimensions of the Martyr Leader is a necessary duty,” he added.

Also speaking at the event, Hojjatoleslam Imanipour explained the process of compiling the book. He stated that since the Martyr Leader, in addition to his various aspects in jurisprudence, wisdom, politics, and management, was a prominent figure in the field of Quranic exegesis and sciences, it was necessary to explain this aspect of his personality.

“Therefore, the compilation of this work began under the management of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, and we intended to unveil this two-volume work at the International Holy Quran Exhibition,” he noted.

“Due to the prevailing circumstances and the occurrence of this great crime by the U.S. and the Israel in martyring the dear and great Leader of the Revolution, we decided, in addition to publishing this important work, to translate and publish the Quranic thoughts of that striving exegete in various languages in order to respond to the global interest in the courageous and justice-seeking personality of the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei,” the head of ICRO stated.

The U.S. and Israel attacked Iran last Saturday and have so far martyred over 1,000 people including the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and several military commanders as well as civilians, among them women and children.

The attacks prompted a swift response from the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), with missile and drone launches targeting Israel and several U.S. bases in the region, occurring less than two hours after the strikes, which have been intensified in recent days.
