Jessica Alba And Cash Warren’s Divorce Takes An Unexpected Turn, New Custody Details Surface

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have now officially settled their divorce, and the details are out. A judge approved their agreement on March 16, 2026, and both have agreed to raise their three children together. They will share both legal and physical custody of their daughters, Honor Marie, 17, Haven Garner, 14, and their son, Hayes, 8. The documents, first reported by Page Six, also show that neither of them will pay child support or spousal support. Instead, they are choosing to handle everything equally and keep things peaceful for their kids.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have decided to stay equally involved in their children’s lives. This means both will take part in important decisions and also spend equal time with the kids. The agreement also sets some clear boundaries. Both are not allowed to speak badly about the other in front of their children. They are also told not to discuss any legal matters around the kids. This shows they are trying to keep things calm and stable at home.

Another key point is money related to the children. Neither Jessica Alba nor Cash Warren will pay child support. Instead, they will manage their responsibilities equally. Their divorce was first finalised in February, nearly two years after they separated on December 27, 2024. Jessica Alba shared the news publicly in January 2025 through Instagram. She made it clear that their focus remains the same, writing, ‘our children remain our highest priority.’ She wrote, 

“I’ve been on a journey of self-realisation and transformation for years, both as an individual and in partnership with Cash. I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years, and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals. We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family.”

When it comes to money and property, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have decided to split everything they built during their marriage equally. This includes homes, furniture, art, and any other shared property they bought after getting married on May 19, 2008. All of it will be divided 50-50. They also agreed to share profits from the work they did while married. 

Jessica Alba worked in films like Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Valentine’s Day during those years. Cash Warren worked as a producer on projects like 30 for 30 and the documentary Crips and Bloods: Made In America. Both will receive half of the earnings connected to those projects. There is also a major business detail. Cash Warren will receive 50 per cent of the restricted shares from Jessica Alba’s company, The Honest Company. Despite the large financial settlement, neither of them will pay spousal support. Everything has been handled in a balanced way.

Away from the legal side, both have already started new chapters in their personal lives. Jessica Alba is now dating actor, Danny Ramirez. Cash Warren was recently seen with actress and singer, Seanna Pereira, after earlier being linked with model Hana Sun Doerr. Their family is also moving forward in other ways. Their eldest daughter, Honor Marie, is ready to start her university life. She is going to attend Yale University, where she plans to study English and film. Interestingly, Cash Warren also studied at Yale, making it a full circle moment for the family. Though their marriage is over, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have resolved to part with respect and attention to their children.
