David and Romeo Beckham have seemingly ignored Brooklyn’s apparent Mother’s Day snub as they have jetted off on a a skiing holiday
David and Romeo Beckham have publicly ignored the latest swipe from Brooklyn as they jetted off on a Canadian skiing trip. The footballer, 50, who is married to former Spice Girl Victoria and has Brooklyn, 27, Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, as well as 14-year-old Harper Seven with her, is at the centre of a very public feud after his eldest unleashed a series of allegations against his parents, whom he has become estranged from since marrying Nicola Peltz in 2022.
But the former Manchester player and Romeo have once again ignored the drama, and headed off to Island Lake Lodge, a relatively secluded area that boasts 7,000 acres of private terrain in Fernie British Columbia, with Lady Victoria and Harper nowhere to be seen.
Updating his followers, David wrote on Instagram: “Every year I try to take 4 days in the mountains in Fernie British Columbia one of my favorite places to be… thank you to everyone at @islandlakelodge for always making it so special!” The father-and-son duo each enjoyed a glass of Stella Artois, which is the brand that the former England star himself heads up as global ambassador.

It all comes after Brooklyn’s latest post on social media, which came just days on what was Mother’s Day in the UK. Brooklyn appeared snubbed his mum Victoria on Mother’s Day, as he ignored her and paid tribute to his mother-in-law Claudia Heffner Peltz on social media instead. The wannabe chef shared a picture of himself with wife Nicola Peltz, and her mum Claudia, posting a warm birthday message to mark her special day.
Alongside the snap, Brooklyn wrote: “Happy birthday to the best mother in law x love u so much and hope u had the most amazing day.”
However, as Brooklyn is based in the US with wife Nicola, it’s possible he isn’t aware about the special day as in America it is celebrated in May.

Making sure Victoria didn’t feel left out on the special day, David shared a photo of her pregnant and shared: “Happy Mother’s Day to the most amazing mummy….. You are an inspiration in all the ways a mum should be to our 4 amazing children.. We love you so much and I’m so thankful for the family we have created. Have a special Mother’s Day because if there’s one person that deserves it it’s you. I love you.”
Brooklyn and Nicola have remained close to her family, regularly sharing loved-up posts and public tributes, while his relationship with parents David and Victoria has continued to come under scrutiny.
Earlier this year – after months of rumours of a feud between Brooklyn, Nicola and the Beckhams – the former photographer shared a scathing statement on his social media slamming his parents and claiming he has no plans to reconcile with them.
It read: “I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. “Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.”
He added: “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
Brooklyn also accused his parents of prioritising the family brand over their personal relationships. “My family values public promotion and endorsements above all else. Brand Beckham comes first,” he said.
