‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ Trailer Release Date Confirmed, Know Tom Holland’s Fees For The Movie

‘Spider-Man’ fans rejoice! After a long wait, the first motion poster of Spider-Man: Brand New Day has been unveiled. But that’s not all, the makers of the Spider-Man franchise, led by Tom Holland, have also revealed the details on the much-anticipated trailer’s release date. But before we get into that, have you ever wondered how much Tom Holland earns for his role as ‘Peter Parker’ in the hit Marvel franchise? If you have, let’s take a look at how much Tom Holland’s earnings have increased from his first appearance as ‘Spider-Man’ to his latest in the movie, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.  

Tom Holland’s salary in Spider-Man: Brand New Day sees a huge jump from his previous appearances in the franchise

To date, Tom Holland has appeared as ‘Spider-Man’ in the Marvel Universe a total of six times. He was first seen in the 2016 film, Captain America: Civil War. If a report by The Direct is to be believed, Tom apparently took home a USD 250K paycheque for his role in that film.

Next, Tom was seen in Spider-Man: Homecoming, which was released in 2017. His paycheque doubled for this film as Tom reportedly earned USD 500K for playing his role. The very next year, in 2018, when Tom Holland appeared as ‘Spider-Man’ in the hit film, Avengers: Infinity War, his earnings jumped to USD 3 million. In simple terms, this means Tom’s salary increased by USD 2.50 million.  

In the next instalment of the franchise, Tom’s ‘Spider-Man’ plays a crucial role as ‘Tony Stark’ builds the time machine to get ‘Peter Parker’ back. Well, irrespective of this, Tom’s salary for the movie remained the same as in Infinity War, meaning he was reportedly paid USD 3 million for his role. His salary did see a hike for the 2019 film, Spider-Man: Far From Home.

According to reports, Tom was paid USD 4 million for the film and later, a gigantic USD 10 million for No Way Home. To mention, in No Way Home, actors who played the role of ‘Spider-Man’ before Tom also made an appearance, such as Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, in the superhero character.  

Finally, coming to Tom Holland’s remuneration for the upcoming film in the Spider-Man universe, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, several online reports claim that Tom’s salary ranges between USD 20 million and USD 25 million. If these reports are believed to be true, then Tom’s salary sees another big jump for playing the beloved superhero character. In fact, should Tom get USD 20 million to USD 25 million, it will be double his pay in Spider-Man: No Way Home.  

Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer release date confirmed  

While Tom Holland has made six appearances as ‘Spider-Man’ in the Marvel Cinematic Universe prior to this, Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be his fourth standalone film as the superhero. Coming to the highly anticipated Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer release date, according to reports, it is scheduled to drop tomorrow, on March 18, 2026. However, this trailer drop will be done in a rather unique fashion, as Tom Holland himself revealed in a recent video he posted on Instagram. He said: 

“We are doing something that has never been done before. Follow along as a Brand New Day starts across the world, and some of our greatest fans are going to help us release pieces of our new trailer…I’m passing it over to fans. This is all about community. This is all about being together.” 

The reason for this first-of-its-kind global fan-driven trailer launch is that, as Tom shared, it wouldn’t be possible to make movies like these without the incredible community that has shown them immense support from the beginning. And, without the community, of course, there would be no ‘Spider-Man’. Mirroring the same sentiment in his caption, Tom wrote: 

“No one can do it alone, not even Spider-Man. Follow along as the sun rises around the world and our Spider-Man community helps kick off the trailer launch for #SpiderManBrandNewDay!”
