TikToker claims that Erika Kirk went shopping in less than 24 hours of Charlie Kirk’s death

Recently, Erika Kirk’s name has stirred up another controversy when a TikToker named Markos claimed that Erika went on a shopping spree in less than 24 hours of Charlie’s tragic death. The TikToker revealed that he was told about the same by an employee at Alo. The brand is known for its gymwear, and Markos also presented proof of his claims.

TikToker claims that Erika spent USD 1,043 on gym wear after Charlie Kirk’s assassination

TikToker Markos revealed that Erika spent a little over one thousand dollars to buy “all black clothing”. He went on to show the receipt of a USD 1,043 purchase at 11:10 a.m. on September 11, 2025, in the name of Erika Franzese, which is her maiden name. Charlie’s death was announced at around 4 p.m. on September 10, 2025. Speaking about her purchase, Markos said:

“You’re not gonna wear gym clothes to the wake, which leads me to believe it had nothing to do with any of this. She just wanted to go on a shopping spree.”

Erika Kirk’s affair rumours with VD Vance

This is not the only controversy Erika is involved in. Soon after Charlie’s death, it was reported that Erika was having an affair with U.S. Vice President JD Vance. The rumours about Vance and Erika began when they shared a warm hug at the Turning Point USA event at the University of Mississippi in October 2025. A video from the event went viral, sparking buzz on social media. Introducing Vance, Erika described him a ‘very very dear friend’. Not just this, she went on to draw comparisons between Vance and her late husband, Charlie.

Did Charlie Kirk really remove Erika Kirk from his will?

After months of gossip surrounding Erika Kirk’s alleged extramarital affair, a new rumour surfaced on social media in 2026. It all began with a TikTok video posted on January 30, 2026, in which someone claims that Charlie Kirk changed his will before his death, leaving nothing to Erika and assigning all of his earnings and property to his children. While the claim generated a lot of online buzz, it appears to be fake. Besides, no articles from verified news websites have mentioned anywhere about the will in question, nor is there any mention about problems in Charlie and Erika’s married life.
