The golf legend is alleged to have been under the influence of “some type of medication or drug,” Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said, adding that the 50-year-old was “lethargic” when he was found.

The 1 p.m. crash occurred on Jupiter Island — with photos showing Woods’ Range Rover lying on its side after clipping a trailer.
Woods was not injured and is currently cooling his heels at the county jail, where he’s required to stay for eight hours.
He’s facing two misdemeanor charges: DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test.
Budensiek said while Woods willingly took a breathalyzer, which registered nothing, he refused to submit a urine sample.
