وأوضحت أنه استكمالاً لجهود ملاحقة عناصر حركة حسم الإرهابية التابعة لجماعة الإخوان الإرهابية المتورطين في إعداد مخطط يستهدف الإضرار بمقدرات الدولة من خلال القيام بسلسلة من العمليات العدائية والدفع بعضوي الحركة (أحمد محمد عبد الرازق أحمد غنيم ، إيهاب عبد اللطيف محمد عبد القادر) لتنفيذ عمليات تستهدف المنشآت الأمنية والاقتصادية بالبلاد وما أسفرت عنه الجهود الأمنية بتاريخ ۲۰۲٥/٧/٧ من مداهمة مقر اختبائهما بمحافظة الجيزة وتبادل إطلاق النار معهما، ما أسفر عن مصرعهما واستشهاد أحد المواطنين وإصابة ضابط فقد تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من تتبع تحركات أحد أبرز العناصر القائمة على المخطط المشار إليه بالخارج، القيادي الإخواني الهارب علي محمود عبدالونيس، والقبض عليه وإحضاره للبلاد.
