Meet ‘Mamla Legal Hai 2’ Fame Ravi Kishan’s Wife, Priti Shukla, Actor Touches Her Feet Every Night

Famous actor and politican, Ravi Kishan’s name is back in the headlines due to his recent performance in web series, Mamla Legal 2. His work is being loved by his large fan base as he left a strong footing in Hindi and Bhojpuri cinema. Apart from his work as actor, his role as a Member of Parliament is also appreciated by many. However, not many know that behind Ravi Kishan’s success holds a big role of his wife, Priti Shukla, who stood with him. 

Who is Ravi Kishan’s wife, Priti Kishan? 

It is said that behind every successful man, there is a woman, who runs the home and takes care of his sanity while he strives hard to make money and name in the outside world. In the case of Ravi Kishan, it is his wife, Priti Kishan, who has been a pillar of his strength. She is the housewife running his home. 

The actor fell in love with Priti when he was in class 11. It was love at first sight for the couple. And they went on to get married in 1993. At the time of his struggle as an actor, it was only his wife, Priti who stood with him and believed in his calibre. The couple is parents to four children, Reeva, Tanishk, Ishita and Saksham. Ravi’s eldest daughter, Reeva, has followed his footsteps and is working in films. His youngest daughter is in the Indian Defence Force. 

When Ravi Kishan opened up about touching his wife’s feet every night

When Ravi Kishan appeared on Kapil Sharma’s comedy talk show, he was questioned about touching his wife, Priti’s feet before going to bed every night. Ravi revealed that he touches her feet, but she never lets him do it. So, he touches her feet while she is sleeping. Ravi Kishan further added that his wife was with him when he had nothing no money and no fame. Despite it, she never left him. He believes that it is his wife’s effort which helped him gain so much fame and money. He added that the way she had taken care of him, she is worth of getting her feet touched. She was quoted as saying:

“Woh mere dukh ki saathi rahi jab mere paas paise nahi the, kuch nahi tha. Tabse usne mera saath nahi chhora. Aaj main jo bhi hoon, woh bechari rahi mere saath…The way she managed me, woh paer chhune ke layak hai.”

In an earlier interview with Raj Shamani, Ravi Kishan accepted that when he tasted success 18-19 years back he went crazy and off track. However, his father and younger brothers’ death gave him a reality check and made him humble. His arrogance was shredded in pieces after dealing with such a loss. He said:

“I got a lot of whips by life. My father passed away, my two brothers passed away very young, all my arrogance went away. My arrogance was my dad. He was my pride, and when he left my pride left with him. I became quiet after he left.”

Ravi Kishan further added that his biggest fear is to lose his wife, and he prays that she never falls sick. She doesn’t want to see her get old while he is aware that death is the bitter truth. Ravi Kishan also revealed that whenever there is a controversy, he ends up calling his wife and daughters who give help him tackle the situation. He said:

“Whenever there is a controversy, I call my wife and I call my daughter first and they give me a lot of strength. They help me with my decisions, with my career in films and even about what I will wear. They decide how am I going to look and what I will wear when I gain some weight. My four kids and my wife are my protectors.”
