Terry Crews’ wife has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. The footballer-turned-actor, 57, who is known for his roles in Everybody Hates Chris and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, has been married to Rebecca Crews, 60, since 1989.
On Monday, Rebecca appeared on The Today Show to disclose that she had been diagnosed with the condition that causes causes muscle stiffness, slowness of movement, and tremors amongst a host of other ailments and can lead to disability.
She said: “I feel good. I’m able to write my name and my dates, and I’m able to write with my right hand for the first time in probably three years.” The musician also claimed that doctors had put her health woes down to “anxiety” before she received a formal diagnosis.
