Boden has slashed the price of its £120 ‘fantastic’ fitting jeans in its spring sale, with the stretchy and flattering denim now just £35 and ‘selling like hot cakes’
Boden has just launched a huge spring sale on clothes, shoes and accessories, and there’s some brilliant discounts worth snapping up. One bargain that we spotted was the Straight Leg Pocket Jeans which have been slashed from £119 to just £35.70 when you use the code VMJG.
According to the Boden website, the jeans are “selling like hot cakes” and have already started to sell out in some sizes. Currently only waist sizes 28 and 30-34 are still in stock, with the others now out of stock thanks to their brilliant saving and good rating.

The jeans are the perfect flattering fit for all body shapes, with a high waistband that sits on your natural waist, a slim fit through the waist and hips, and straight cut legs that create an elongated silhouette. The front features two patch pocket details on the front that give them a slightly retro 70s-inspired look, and they’re smart enough to be worn everywhere from work to date night.
According to shoppers, one of the biggest plus points about the Straight Leg Pocket Jeans is their stretch. Made from – 79% cotton, 20% recycled cotton and 1% elastane, they have just enough stretch to be comfortable and flexible to wear whilst still being cotton-heavy enough to maintain their shape without getting saggy or stretched out of shape.
The Straight Leg Pocket Jeans are also available in both white and dark blue denim, with the other colourways now discounted to £89.25 when you use the code VMJG. Only the regular length is available in the jeans at the moment, which has approximately a 30” inseam.
If you want a little more choice when it comes to your length, White Stuff’s Frankie Flare Jeans come in petite, regular and tall lengths. They’re also on sale, down from £65 to £52, and are currently still in stock in all sizes from six to 24.
You can also pick up multiple leg lengths in River Island’s Blue Button Detail Pocket Front Flared Jeans which are £54. Coming in sizes six to 18, they have an extra wide waistband which keeps them comfortable and flattering, and come in a mid-wash blue denim.
However, Boden’s Straight Leg Pocket Jeans have proven incredibly popular with shoppers. One reviewer said: “Fantastic pair of jeans from the cut, shape, length and fit perfectly. Must get the dark pair too.”
Another said: “Really nice jeans, wide leg but not too wide, great fabric with just the right amount of stretch for comfort and perfect fit. I love them and a fabulous bargain at sale price.”
One did mention: “The jeans were fantastic, well made, good quality, and fit like a glove 30R = 14R. Unfortunately they were too wide and too long which wasn’t obvious from the images online. Sadly I returned them.”
However others loved the shape, saying: “Lovely jeans, soft fabric and a great fit.”
