Visakhapatnam: High Court Chief Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur will visit Visakhapatnam on Friday and take part in official programmes the following day. District collector M. Abhishek Kishore has directed officials to make comprehensive arrangements and ensure smooth coordination. The Chief Justice will arrive on the night of April 17 and, on April 18, lay the foundation stone for a Judicial Guest House behind the ISKCON Temple in the Rushikonda (Endada) area. Officials have been instructed to ensure strict protocol, with adequate security, traffic management, accommodation and other logistical arrangements in place.
