Kanye West has been hit with yet another blow as his Poland gig has been cancelled just days after the UK Home UK Home Office blocked his entry to England ahead of his headline performance at Wireless
Kanye West has had another concert in Europe cancelled following fury over his past anti-Semitic comments.
The US rapper postponed a show in France just days ago writing on social media that he didn’t “want to put my fans in the middle of it”. Now, his Poland gig at Slaski stadium has been cancelled.
The venue director Adam Strzyzewski said on a Facebook post: “We would like to inform you that the Ye (Kanye West) concert planned for 19 June 2026 at the…Slaski stadium will not take place due to formal and legal reasons.”

In April, West was announced as the headline act of the London-based festival Wireless Festival. The announcement was met with severe backlash due to West’s antisemitism. On 7 April, the Home Office took the decision to block the rapper from entering the UK and denied his visa. As such, the festival was cancelled.
The Government faced calls to ban West, who currently performs as Ye, as a result of previous antisemitic comments. This includes releasing a track titled Heil Hitler and advertising a swastika T-shirt for sale on his website.
Following West’s ban from entering the UK, which came after Jewish organisations, the Prime Minister and the Mayor of London all criticised the decision to have him as a headliner, West released a statement about his goals. He said: “My only goal is to come to London and present a show of change, bringing unity, peach and love through my music.
“I would be grateful for the opportunity to meet with members of the Jewish community in the UK in person, to listen. I know words aren’t enough – I’ll have to show change through my actions. If you’re open. I’m here.”
Wireless said in a statement: “The Home Office has withdrawn YE’s ETA, denying him entry into the United Kingdom . As a result, Wireless Festival is cancelled and refunds will be issued to all ticket holders. As with every Wireless Festival, multiple stakeholders were consulted in advance of booking YE and no concerns were highlighted at the time.
“Antisemitism in all its forms is abhorrent, and we recognise the real and personal impact these issues have had. As YE said today, he acknowledges that words alone are not enough, and in spite of this still hopes to be given the opportunity to begin a conversation with the Jewish community in the UK.”
The Mirror has approached Kanye West’s representatives for comment.
