Darrell Sheets’ death has left the reality TV community in shock. According to the reports from the Lake Havasu City Police Department, they got a call from his home in Arizona and went there early in the morning on April 22, 2026. When they arrived, they saw a man who seemingly had a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the site. Later, after completing the initial protocols, they identified him as Darrell Sheets, and the case was assigned to local investigators. 

Early reports suggest Darrell may have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Yet, the investigation and medical examination are in process to confirm the assumptions. Darrell’s body was given to the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s office to officially confirm the cause and manner of his death. Sharing the news about Darrell’s death, A&E network said:

“We are saddened by the passing of a beloved member of our Storage Wars family, Darrell’ The Gambler’ Sheets. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.”
