Hyderabad: In a landmark outcome for Hyderabad’s real estate market, the TGIIC e-auction at Osmannagar witnessed record-breaking bids and strong participation, reaffirming the area’s emergence as a prime growth corridor.

Plot No 1, measuring 10.09 acres, set a new benchmark by achieving Rs 51.25 crore per acre, marking a 30 per cent-plus premium over the reserve price of `39 crore per acre, following an intense bidding contest among leading developers. The plot was secured by Rajapushpa.

Plot No. 6, measuring 5.72 acres also saw robust demand, with bids reaching Rs 44 crore per acre, reflecting sustained interest across offerings.

The auction achieved a weighted average realisation of Rs 48.6 crore per acre, underscoring strong market response and price discovery. The auction witnessed aggressive competition driven by Osmannagar’s strategic location near the Outer Ring Road (ORR), Neopolis, Financial District, and key IT hubs.
