Hyderabad:As part of the Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika, the GHMC began begun installing QR codes in public utility areas, with 840 installed on Friday. Through these codes, citizens can report grievances, give feedback and offer suggestions to officials. GHMC said complaints will be swiftly reviewed and resolved within a stipulated time frame.
Officials stated that the primary objective of the programme is to enhance citizen participation while ensuring greater transparency in service delivery.
The QR codes have been installed in apartments, shopping malls, theatres, function halls and other public utility areas across Shamshabad, Rajendranagar, Charminar, Khairatabad, Golconda and Secunderabad zones. GHMC appealed to the public to use this facility to immediately register grievances and secure timely resolutions.
